Popular music: Items from the 'Y Blew' archive

Established in 1967, 'Y Blew' was the first Welsh pop group and it transformed the Welsh popular music scene. The members held long discussions before deciding to form an electric pop group. A loan of £2,000 was arranged and a name was found in the long hair fashion of the time. These items come from the 'Y Blew' archive donated to the National Library in 2003.
